20 Garrett Street was originally a worn down warehouse, we worked with HUT architect to transform it into a charming and modern building with multiple floors of office and each floor with compact but contemporary bathrooms while also worked to create a most aesthetic-pleasing reception .

Garrett Street is our largest and most expensive project yet but we handle the project with accuracy, care and precision and plan to take on even tougher challenges in the future.
